Leaked details of Googles Pixel 9a

Google’s Pixel 9a is going to launch soon, and a leak has revealed almost all the details in detail about this exciting device. It includes an extensive overview of its specifications, pricing, and magnificent high-resolution images of all four available colors.

Google’s latest mid-range offering has slightly increased compared to its predecessor. The Pixel 8a measured 152.1 x 72.7 x 8.9 mm, while the Pixel 9a comes in at 154.7 x 73.3 x 8.9 mm, keeping up space for bigger batteries-5,100 mAh.

As reported earlier, it has a more extensive 6.3-inch display, replacing the Pixel 8a’s 6.1-inch screen. Fit more into line with the standard Pixel 9 and Pixel 9 Pro models. The display has a resolution of 2424×1080, and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, with the protection of Gorilla Glass 3.

It also offers the clearest view from this leak regarding the bezels, which are much thicker than those on the rest of the Pixel 9 line-up. Pixel 9a weighs 185.9g, while Pixel 8a weighs 188g, so, interestingly, Pixel 9a is lighter than Pixel 8a.

A big upgrade would be an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, compared with the previous IP67. At its heart is the Google Tensor G4 chip powering the Pixel 9a, rumored to have a different modem from the other Pixel 9 models and with 8GB RAM and storage options for users. Launching with Android 15, this will be the first Pixel device to feature the new OS right from the box, in addition to a promise of 7 years of OS updates. On the back, the dual-camera setup has departed from the usual Pixel camera bar design to feature a 48MP primary camera and a 13MP ultra-wide lens with a field of view of 120 degrees.
